On August 7, 2011, Holy Cross Parish in Olyphant, PA held their Annual Chicken Barbecue. If you attended, you know how luscious the chicken was, how much fun there was to be had between the games and the raffles, and of course there was ice cream!!! In addition, there was musical entertainment provided by up and coming local singer Dani-elle, who put on a fantastic show!
